Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 9th Annual General Meeting of the Hidden Valley Golf & Country Club Incorporated (HVGCC) will be held in the Mittagong Room at the Hidden Valley Golf & Country Club, 7:00pm on Tuesday, 17th August 2010.

General Business

To receive and confirm the minutes of the 8th Annual General Meeting held on the 18th of May, 2009.
To receive and consider the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31st December 2009, including:

(a)    Financial reports for that financial year; and
(b)    Summary reports upon the transactions of the Association during the preceding Financial
        Year

To receive and consider the audited report.
To elect Office Bearers and Ordinary Members.
To transact special business of which at least 14 days notice must be given.

Proxies
All natural person Members entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of the Member.

A notice of proxy must be given to the Secretary no later than 48 business hours before the time for the Annual General Meeting.
